2. Medical Information & Website Disclaimer

  • Educational Purposes: All information, articles, guides, pricing estimates, and illustrations published on this website are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
  • Not a Substitute for Clinical Examination: Content on this site does not constitute formal medical or dental advice and must not be used for self-diagnosis. A definitive diagnosis and personalized treatment plan can only be provided following a comprehensive in-person clinical assessment by a qualified dentist.

3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide punctual, high-quality care to all patients. To ensure surgery time is managed fairly, the following appointment policies apply:

  • Booking & Deposits: To secure consultations, hygiene sessions, and treatment appointments (booked online, in practice, or by telephone), a booking deposit may be required at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: We require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' working notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late Cancellations & Failure to Attend (FTA): If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or give less than the required notice period, your deposit may be forfeited, or a late cancellation / short-notice fee may apply to cover the dedicated clinical time.
  • Late Arrival: If you arrive significantly late for an appointment, your clinician may need to reschedule your visit or abbreviate the appointment to prevent disruption to subsequent patients.

4. Treatment Plans, Fees & Payment Terms

  • Written Estimates: Following your clinical examination, you will receive a transparent, written treatment plan detailing recommended procedures and associated costs before treatment commences.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment for dental care is due at the end of each appointment or in structured stages as agreed in your treatment plan. We accept major debit/credit cards, cash, and secure online payments via Stripe.
  • Dental Finance (0% APR Options): Interest-free finance plans (e.g. 6, 10, or 12 months at 0% APR) are provided through regulated third-party credit brokers (e.g. Tabeo) and are subject to status, age, UK residency, and credit approval.
  • Fee Adjustments: While we endeavor to adhere strictly to treatment estimates, dental treatments can be clinically unpredictable. If additional clinical findings arise during a procedure, the dentist will discuss any necessary plan variations and additional fees with you before proceeding.

5. Patient Portal & ClinicPad Usage

Patients who register for our online Patient Portal or utilize in-clinic ClinicPad tablets agree to:
